Nicky Says Release Wasn't Financial

It's what we thought all along. Ever since Iain Nicolson was sent off during the winter break in a friendly he has never been given a fair crack by Tom Hendrie. Ok it wasn't the brightest of things to do, however Hendrie has held it against Nicolson ever since, preferring to play a number of other players in the right wing back position before eventually turning to Nicky.

Sergei Baltacha, Paul Rudden, Scott McKenzie and Ricky Gillies all tried over the last few seasons before Nicky returned. Only Shuggy did well and that was one game. Nicolson was awsome in that position during the title season, so why change?

Hendrie of course, claims it was purley financial, however Nicky's point of view is totally different.

While it is true players were released due to finances, I feel that off the field factors were taken into consideration more than on the field. The fact Nicky and Hendrie didn't get on, now that Iain has finally admitted it, just proves it.
