News Round Up

As you're probably aware by now, we lost 4-0 to Aberdeen last Sunday. Now, Aberdeen were knackered after playing in Europe on Thursday, while a 4-5-1 formation is meant to prevent goals. Clearly no one has told St. Miren about this. What's even more bizarre is that Mark Corcoran, who can score goals, isn't getting a start and we aren't changing to two up before it's too late.

The recent run of form is terrible and pressure has increased greatley on manager Gus MacPherson. Next week's game at Gretna could make our break our season - and his managerial career. Vote in our poll about his future.

Elsewhere, there's no more news. Craig Dargo and Ian Maxwell are still injured, although Eddie Malone might be playing in the reserves soon. Chris Smith was on the bench for the Scotland under 21s on Thursday, but some random Gretna keeper has been called up to the squad. Is Smudger the latest injury victim?
