The 33-year-old has only made six seasons for the first team this season after manager Danny Lennon tried to offload him in the summer. Mair decided to stay put and eventually forced his way back into the team, but has been back on the bench for the last few weeks with Darren McGregor and Marc McAusland the preferred pairing.
Dundee supposedly wanted Mair, whose contract is up in the summer, during the close season and the Dens Park club are now sniffing around again. There seem to be suggestions it will be a loan move rather than a permanent switch - although things haven't been helped by one paper claiming we've already released him!
