The Buddies boss hasn't given any indications as to who the player is, although it wouldn't be a surprise if it was Steven Thompson. The Burnley striker is out of contract, was linked with us in January and is a Saints fan.
All Lennon would say for now is: "I have one player who will be the main target if we stay up. I've already made inroads on the deal."
