The 18-year-old attacking midfielder, who can also play up front, has joined the club on loan until the end of the year. The Scot started his career at Livingston before moving to Burnley two years ago and was the top scorer for their reserves last year.
Some cover in the striking department was something we needed, especially with Paul McQuade injured (again) and Nigel Hasselbaink picking up a knock tonight. Although the club haven't yet confirmed the signing, McKee will be available for Sunday's game against Celtic. Chick Young said so - and he's always right.
