Saints Career: Arthur was involved in Saints youth set-up in the early 2000s and left in the same period.
Post Saints Career: Arthur ended up as a coach at Stenhousemuir but left when former Saints boss John Coughlin resigned in December 2010. When Coughlin became East Stirling boss in the summer of 2011 it wasn't a surprise that Arthur eventually followed.
