Saints 0-2 Hearts

I wasn't there so this will be short and not very sweet, purely based on the text commentary on the BBC website!

Despite winning against Inverness Caley Thistle on Sunday, Saints made two changes, with David van Zanten and Sean Lynch replacing David Barron and Craig Dargo, who are perhaps not fit enough for another start so soon. However, Dargo arrived midway through the first half when Paul McGowan went off with an injury.

After a goalless first half in which we had perhaps had the better of the chances, Hearts went in front in the second half through David Templeton. With time running out, Templeton burst through on goal and was promptly tackled by Potter. It was deemed a penalty, Potter was dismissed and Kevin Kyle wrapped up the points by scoring from the spot.

Not a good night, even if Hearts are third. Hopefully Monday's game against KIlmarnock will be a bit better.
