Hibs 2-0 Saints

He gave the ball straight to Nish for the first goal, which saw the striker lob the Saints keeper. A minute leter, Zemmama scored with a superb strike to as good as finish things and a third was chalked off for offside.

Saints did improve a bit after that (well, they couldn't get much worse) and in the second half managed to create some decent chances, with Will Haining going close a few times. However, it was typical of Saints luck that we managed to come up against a Hibs keeper - Andy McNeil - who was actually having a rare good game!

So, our first defeat in Edinburgh since December 2006, and probably deserved after the first five minutes. Let's hope for better against Gretna on Wednesday.
