Gretna 1-0 Saints

Wasn't there and didn't listen to the commentary so I've no idea what happened. All I know is Kenny Deuchar scored the only goal and we fielded the same team that played Stranraer. Ah well, at least James Grady didn't score.

I'd advise all Saints fans, and indeed all football fans who get nausea easily, to avoid any TV or newspaper coverage of the Scottish Cup for the next month as all we will be treated to is how marvelous it is that a wee team like Gretna has made it so far. Everyone with half a brain knows they are only there because of Mileson's Millions.

Ross County played their first division game in hand today against Stranraer and could only draw 1-1. This means our lead is cut to five points, when it could easily be down to three. Suppose that's something.

Hamilton will play Dundee at Dens Park in a quarter final replay. If Hamilton win this and make it through to the semi finals, then our league game against them on April 1 will be changed as that's the semi final weekend. Hopefully, from a personal point of view, Dundee win!
