Dundee United 0-1 Saints

Having watched the end of the first half and all of the second half on Sky, I can't quite understand how United didn't score. They had several chances, but some bad misses and good saves from debut keeper Mark Howard meant they failed to find an equaliser. A bit of a reversal of the game at Love Street then, with one big difference - we scored.

A few minutes into the second half Craig Dargo - who appeared to be offside - flicked a ball into Dorman's path and he slotted home. United laid seige to the Saints penalty area and carved out a number of chances, with Saints confined to the odd breakaway. With United pushing for an equaliser deep into injury time, Mark Corcoran broke but his shot was saved. Fortunately it didn't matter as referee Alan Freeland - who was no worse than the normal SFA ref despite the pressure on him - blew for full time soon after.

So, for the third time in four years we're through to the quarter finals. We're away to a lower league team - can we finally make it to Hampden?
