Striker Jon Scullion was the hero for the Buddies, the forward scoring after a quarter of an hour and again a couple of minutes into the second half. That proved to be enough for the win on a rather wet day in Paisley, although Partick fans probably weren't too upset as their first team were beating Inverness Caley Thistle at the same time!
