Six minutes later Thomas Reilly equalised but Holmbert Fridjonsson grabbed the winner early in the second half.
The under-20s have two games left this season, which are at home to Falkirk on Monday and at Aberdeen on Wednesday - the same time the first team are playing Kilmarnock.
