Under-19s 1-2 Motherwell

Last updated : 03 September 2011 By Stuart Gillespie

There have been big changes to the under-19s this year, with the likes of Dominic Kennedy and Jamie McKernon moving up to the first team and players like Conor Ramsay being binned. They've had not too bad a start, with a win over Hibs, a draw against Aberdeen and a defeat to Dunfermline. Sadly, yesterday's result means they're still stuck on four points.

After a goalless first half yesterday, Saints started the second brightly only for Craig Moore to score for Motherwell - his goal quickly followed by another from Darren Brownlie. Anton Brady got one back, but an equaliser failed to materialise and Motherwell left with all three points.
