A first half goal from Jon Scullion earned Saiints' youngsters a point against their St Johnstone counterparts yesterday afternoon.
The striker, who is highly rated at Greenhill Road, cracked in the opener after half an hour despite the Saintees having been the better of the two sides. However, a rather dodgy looking penalty after the break allowed the Perth Saints to equalise and that was how it finished, Anton Brady spurning a chance for the Buddies late on.
The young Saints will meet again in Perth next week as their seasons come to a close.
