Perhaps the worst news though, was a rather serious injury to young striker Jon Scullion. Rumours suggest he has broken a bone in his arm after having to be subbed after just a few minutes of play and everyone at Mirren Mad wishes him well.
Hibs scored at the end of the first half then, as we pushed for an equaliser, grabbed a goal right at the death - something that often seems to happen in these games!
