The Ayrshire boys held the lead at the break but while Reilly - who has made a few appearances for the first team recently - equalised, Killie scored again with about 15 minutes left.
Not the best result for the youngsters, especially as they have their SFA Youth Cup semi-final clash with Celtic coming up next week.
