It's perhaps not surprising we lost as the Hearts youth system is one of the best in the country. However, it seemed the kids were trying their best to emulate the first team as they passed up a number of chances before going behind in the second half due to an error. As they pushed for an equaliser, Hearts took advantage of a second mistaketo kill things off with another goal.
Not a great afternoon all round then, with the under-19s - like the first team - clinging onto a place in the top six.
