Making the teams play twice in such a short space of time is a bit unfair, although I imagine we weren't the only ones in that boat. We had a few of the youth players missing, but first teamers Jim Goodwin (currently suspended) and Adam Campbell were involved.
Jamie Montgomery fired United into a half-time lead, second half strikes from Scott Smith and Regan Tumilty completing the scoring.
The result leaves us second bottom of the table.
