Dunfermline manager Jimmy Calderwood had previously said Dunfermline would not be held to ransome over the transfer, as they thought he was free. Seems he is standing by his comments, with the news Walker is paying the fee. Also seems he is desperate to get out of Love Street from thsi fact.
