Walker is looking likely to replace departed Saint Barry McLaughlin as captain but has recently been linked with a move to Dunfermline Athletic. However, chairman Stewart Gilmour says there has been no official approach for Walker, and if Dunfermline did want him it would be for a substantial amount.
As I personally feel Walker was our worst defender last season, I hope to god Dunfermline can find the cash to get rid of him. i'd be quite happy with a backline of McGowan, Guy and Lowing next season thanks very much.
