Two games moved for TV

Last updated : 28 September 2011 By Stuart Gillespie

Nearly every time a diddy team faces one of the Old Firm at home it's on TV, so why the fixture list doesn't have the games scheduled for early kick-offs or Sundays when it is released is a bit of a mystery.

On this occasion, the two games will still go ahead on Saturdays but will now have earlier kick-offs. First up, we'll play Rangers on ChristmasEve, with the game kicking off at 12.45pm so it can be shown on Sky Sports. On Saturday, January 21 we'll be on ESPN for the visit of Celtic, with the match starting at 12.30pm.

On a personal note, starting and finishing early on Christmas Eve suits me fine and I far prefer having early Saturday kick-offs for TV games than Sunday afternoon matches.
