Transfer Window Changes

Previously clubs could only sign players who had been released outwith the transfer window after the window had closed, however the SFL's idea has been ratified by FIFA. From now on SFL clubs can sign two players outwith the transfer window, though the transfers can only be conducted between Scottish clubs.

SPL clubs can't sign players, however whether they can sell or loan out players to SFL clubs is unknown.
