Suspended ban for Lennon

Last updated : 13 March 2014 By Stuart Gillespie

The pair were sent the stands at Victoria Park following Saints skipper Jim Goodwin's challenge on County's Melvin De Leeuw. Adams has a thing about Goodwin so lost the plot somewhat, while Lennon reacted and both were given the same punishment.

Both were then cited by the SFA's compliance officer Vincent Lunny for their involvement and it seems both admitted the offence. As a result, the pair were handed two game touchline bans, but they were suspended and won't be invoked unless one of them does something silly between now and the end of the year.

Of course, a cynic could point out that the chances of both of them being in their current jobs come the end of 2014 is a bit unlikely...
