Staggies game re-arranged

The game was stopped early in the second half due to the amount of water that was on the pitch. Ref Willie Collum then controversially abandoning the tie as he felt attempts to clear some of the water hadn't been succesful. As we were winning 2-0 at the time the decision did not go down well!

It had been suggested the game could take place during November's international weekend. Kenny McLean's call-up to the Scotland under-21 squad seemed to scupper that, but the game will be played on the Sunday rather than the Saturday so the midfielder can still play. Kick-off will still be at 3pm.

Unfortunately, those who attended the first game won't get in for free, although prices have been cut to a fiver so at least they won't have to pay full whack. Anyone who didn't go last weekend but fancies the new game can get in for £10.
