Apart from the fact they are business leaders, I have no idea who they are. They feel that the move would create jobs, which is true, and could lead to the regineration of that part of Paisley. Thats a bit odd, as I didn't think that bit of Paisley had ever been good anyway!
Whoever these people are, it's more backing and therefore more good news,
