I must say I don't understand what all the fuss is about, but then I can say that as I sit in the relative oasis of Dumfries, where there was a light sprinkling of snow at the weekend and then the most pathetic flurry of about 100 flakes this afternoon. If it was like that everywhere, then I'd be outraged at this decision.
But it's not - the conditions in most of Scotland are pretty bad and are only likely to get worse, instead of better. It therefore makes perfect sense for all of this weekend's games to be called off, even at this early stage.
A new date for the match has yet to be set.
