Shuggy out for two months

Last updated : 12 November 2010 By Stuart Gillespie

The incident happened in the first half following a clash of heads involving Shuggy and a couple of other players. He struggled on but eventually had to go off after half an hour and yesterday it turned out he'd broken his cheekbone - just as he did in late 2006.

The loss of Shuggy is a major blow as, while his form has been below par, he is a vital member of the squad. The only good news is Sean Lynch is back fit and Steven Thomson should also return soon.
