Shuggy on Trial

Shuggy left Saints a few weeks ago after a dispute over wages, as he wasn't prepared to come down to the same level as the rest of the players. He was rumoured to be attracting interest from mansfield just days after, but it's only now Mansfield have made some sort of announcement on him.

Shuggy will get a chance to prove himself, along with fellow trialist Chris Holloway, in Mansfield's friendly with non league side Rushall Athletic on Monday.
