That pretty much rules us - and probably Kilmarnock - out of any move. The only possibility is Falkirk are keen to get the 23-year-old off their wage bill and will let him go for nothing, or a pretty small amount.
I don't really know much about Scobbie, although it seems he is a left back and the Falkirk fans aren't too bothered about losing him - never a good sign!
Saints have also been linked with a move for freed Falkirk defender Brian McLean, while Danny Lennon has denied he wants Alloa's Michael McGowan - who was on trial at Greenhill Road last year.
