The game was the second friendly Saints have played during their spell in Spain, following on from Thursday night's narrow defeat to Barnsley. Again nearly everyone got at least 45 minutes, Darren McGregor and Gary Teale once again rested due to having slight knocks.
The Buddies dominated the game and enjoyed a two goal lead at the break thanks to goals from Marc McAusland and Paul McGowan. Thomas Reilly added a third in the second half to seal the win.
Next up is Saturday's Renfrewshire Cup Final against Morton.
