First of all, Mixu's op. It has been confirmed that the big man will miss tomorrow's match against Falkirk and will see the surgeon again on Monday. This is bad news for Saints as Mixu has been supebr for s this season. Hopefully he'll be fit and back in the team in a few weeks time.

A few days ago, Mirren Mad reported that a game involving Saints and Raith Rovers was being ivnestigated by the SFL. This was down to large bets being placed on a draw. Saints weren't in the wrong in any way, it was only Raith who were being investigated for that match and one involvign Ayr United a few weeks later. Thankfully Raith were cleared.

Two ex Saints have missed out on the vacant Morton job. Campbell Money was linked with the job, whilst Joe McLaughlin was the caretaker manager. Neither got it, the post going to rookie boss Jim McInally instead.

And that's the news.
