McGroarty Set For Saints

Clyde tried to get the loan extended, however were unsucessful. His contract is up in the summer, and he may be allowed to leave for nothing if he can find himself a new club. Even if he doesn't leave, Saints may still sign him on loan.

McGroarty can play down the left side, but whether he can play at left back is unknown. He can definitely play left wing back and left midfield, so would provide some cover for Simon Lappin if nothing else. Saints boss Gus MacPherson appears to be using his Dunfermline connections to try and sign him.
