Higdon arrived from Falkirk at the start of last season and has managed seven goals so far this term, making him the club's top scorer. On his day he is a fine player, however his work ethic is questionable - which is perhaps why he's at a club like us and not someone bigger!
Higdon's good form is likely to attract interest from other clubs and we will probably face a fight to keep him, but Lennon is aiming to get him tied down to a new deal as soon as possible.
