The story appears in the PDE, and includes a statement from the club, which reads: "We are pleased to announce that we have settled with Mr Tom Hendrie amicably outside of court."
Not exactly a long statement, but it shows the deal has been done. If a settlement hadn't been reached, then the club would have faced court action from Hendrie.
A few weeks after releiving Hendrie of his duties, the board claimed Hendrie had resigned. This seems not to be the case and the whole affair is now finally over.
