Goodwin ban overturned

The midfielder was sent off after half an hour against the men from Easter Road for a challenge on Kevin Thomson. At the time it looked a bit reckless, but TV footage showed there had been minimal contact and it most certainly should not have resulted in his dismissal.

Today, the SFA agreed and downgraded the red card to a yellow. That means he'll be free to play in our final three games - all matches he'd have missed if the appeal had failed due to the length of the suspension he'd have been handed.
