Glass aims for contract

Glass was at East End Park for three years, having chosen to sign for Dunfermline over Saints in 2007. He played just three times for them last season due to injury problems, something that has plagued his career. At 34-years-old, it's difficult to see what he would add to the team and comparisons are already being made with Allan Johnston, who signed for us last summer and provided nothing.

Fingers crossed this is just someone getting the use of our facilities rather than trying to win a contract.

Other trialists currently at the club include Irish pair Stephen O'Donnell and Anton Flood, former Falkirk man Sean Lynch and American midfielder Niko Gkionis.
