We're hardly short of midfielders so Faulds was always going to struggle to get a game this season, especially now he is too old for the under-19s and there is no reserve league.
However, with all due respect to Girvan, you have to wonder how much he's going to gain going to that level. The Ayrshire side aren't even in the top league of that region so it's hard to see how playing there will stand him in good stead for SPL football.
