While Flannery said earlier in the week he phoned Stewart Gilmour to express his interest in coming to us, it seems unlikely. Apart from our financial problems, Hamilton, Queen of the South and Forfar all want him, and Dumbarton would be glad to keep him.

P.S. You may wonder why there's been no news about Airdrie's demise on the site. There are two reasons. One I couldn't be bothered writing a big article on it, esepcially with a load of these articles everywhere.
