Ex Saints On The Move

Striker Scott McLean has returned to the first division by leaving Stirlin Albion for recently promoted Stranraer. McLean left Love Street two years ago and has been a regular scorer for Albion ever since. This could be a great signing for Stranraer and no doubt he'll get a goal or two against us.

A few of our former players have recently been told to find new clubs. Dumbarton have apparently told Eddie Annand he is free to go in the summer, whilst alleged one time Saint Frank McKeown has been released by Partick Thistle. One time keeper Jim Stewart, who was in goals when Celtic humped us in 1986 (ask a Hearts fan for more info) has been told by Kilmarnock that he is no longer needed by the club.

Greig Denham has ended his spell as player/assistant manager at East Stirlingshire but Chris McGroarty has been offered a new deal, as has Gretna's Martin Cameron.
