Adams Stays A Buddie

Last updated : 28 December 2005 By Stuart Gillespie
Adam is an attacking midfielder who is not afraid to shoot, although he shoots a little too often at times. He has added an extra dimension to Saints play, and has scored three goals since his arrival in August. He has also provided competition for Simon Lappin, who has improved his performances as a result.

In recent weeks, Adam has struggled and started niggling with other players. His fitness is also poor at times. However, the fact he is staying is good news and hopefully he can recapture his old form soon.

Saints boss Gus MacPherson said that there would be no trialists coming in during the January transfer window, but that he had identified a few players he wished to sign.
