Saints Miss Out On Milne

Saints have failed in their attempt to lure Kenny Milne to Love Street, after the defender signed for English League One side Scunthorpe United. The Falkirk player was wanted by a number of clubs after deciding to turn down the offer of a new contract at Westfield.

A campaign has been launched to have Paisley St. James station renamed Paisley St. Mirren. Saints On Track aims to get First ScotRail to agree to the plans to coincide with the club moving into its new ground at the end of the year.

Saints assistant manager Andy Millen has decided to retire from first team football. The 43-year-old played ten times for the first team last season but has now decided just to play in reserve games instead.
